Supply Checklist
In this list are some of my most used supplies that I keep in my work trailer. Buyers may add more to the list as I have left empty slots available after my preferred list of supplies and material.
This helps muralists when first starting out to be prepared for what they may need. I honestly wish I had this list when I was first starting to paint. I can’t tell you how many stops I’ve had to make in the middle of painting to go get things I realized I needed but didn’t have. Or how long it took me to finally be stocked with everything I need to succeed as a muralist.
Inventory Checklist
Unlike the supply checklist that will probably only be needed in the beginning of your career, the inventory checklist is something you continue to use throughout your career.
This list is something muralists will update when they use the last of a product. It helps to keep everything organized and in stock. It’s also useful to look back on to see what you go through quicker and to have a better idea of what you’ll be needing to always stay stocked up on products.
I update this list at the end of every job while it’s fresh on my mind. Anything I used and ran out of during my job goes on this list. Then by the time of my next commission I know to get those items, seeing how I’d probably forget by then if it’s not written down somewhere.

“Perfect Website” Checklist
This checklist is to set you up with a promising website. Which is very important to show clients your professionalism and portfolio.
Muralists may use this list to check off all tasks in order to leave with a “perfect website”.
“Setting Up” Checklist
The “Setting Up” checklist that I put together is a great checklist to go by. This will help muralists make sure that everything is put together correctly while also reminding you of everything you’ll need before you start the job.
This will assure you that you won’t have to stop to get things in the middle of painting that you may have forgot about before starting.
“After a Mural” Checklist
Breaking down after a job can get hectic if you have supplies and paint everywhere. This list will help you organize all of your stuff back the way you got it while also insuring that everything is done and put away correctly before leaving the job.
It also reminds you of all of the aftermath behind a mural such as contracts, final deposits, and social media uploads to display your latest work.
You can move onto the next job confident that you did everything you needed to complete the previous job the right way.
Contract & Deposit Template
Included in this packet is my personal contract and deposit sheet. This is a word document that you can edit and change depending on how you want to run your business.
I’m displaying my contracts as an example to use and change as your own. I ask that those who purchase the packet don’t use my contract specifically, that would be copyright. Everyone’s agreements should be a little different anyways depending on how you want to operate your business.

This sheet is perfect for when you run out of a color. There is a section for the color, finish, quantity, and color code if you have it. This is PERFECT for keeping all of your paint up to date and stocked up.
Another great advantage of this list is that if you go back to a prior job to touch up paint or add onto a mural, you can look back to this sheet and know what color you used so you don’t have to get it color matched at the store.
